Biography

Hull was the son of The­ron Hull and Fan­ny Way, and hus­band of Em­ma F. Ath­er­ton.

As of 1895, he was a mu­sic pub­lish­er in New York Ci­ty. His com­pa­ny was still op­erat­ing as of 1910.
