Biography

Delma was the son of Charles A. Brock & Mar­ga­ret Clem­en­tine Mar­tin, hus­band of James Lo­is Strib­ling Leo­nard, and bro­ther of Dwight M. Brock and Le­na Brock (Mrs. George T. Speer).
