Biography

Wood was a chor­is­ter and pu­pil of John Lark­in Hopk­ins at Ro­ches­ter (1859–64). He then stu­died at Ox­ford (Mus. B., 1874), and re­ceived a Mus. D., Can­tuar, 1896.
