Biography

Willdy wrote a num­ber of ar­ti­cles and short sto­ries on to­pics re­lated to the west­ern Unit­ed States.

Most of her pub­lished works show her sur­name as Willdy, but the Ca­li­for­nia Death Index, and an ar­ti­cle in Western Field, Volume 13, Issue 2, 1908, give her name as Jes­sie Will­dy Spen­cer (mar­ried name, perhaps?).
