Died: No­vem­ber 6, 1899, Hyde Park, Mas­sa­chu­setts.

Buried: Fair­view Ce­me­te­ry, Bos­ton, Mas­sa­chu­setts.

Biography

Taylor came to Christ and joined the Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal church in 1841. In 1844 he moved to the Ad­vent Chris­tian de­no­mi­na­tion.

On June 28, 1848, he was or­dained at Cla­rence­ville, Ca­na­da, by J. Litch, R. Hutch­in­son, H. Buck­ley and C. H. Dow.

During a long min­is­try as ev­an­gel­ist and pas­tor, Taylor preached through­out Canada, New Eng­land, and New York state.
