Biography

Thomas was the hus­band of Blanche Ruth­er­ford (mar­ried cir­ca 1879).

A min­is­ter, he was as­so­ci­at­ed with the Church­es of Christ in the late 1860s, and con­duct­ed ev­an­gel­ism cam­paigns in the 1870s and ear­ly 1880s.

For 38 years, he pub­lished Scien­tif­ic Christ­ian, a month­ly Christ­ian Sci­ence ma­ga­zine.
