Died: Ju­ly 6, 1892, Bourne­mouth, Eng­land.

Biography

Eustace was the son of hym­nist Josiah Con­der.

He stu­died at Spring Hill Col­lege in Birm­ing­ham, and earned his MA de­gree (with gold me­dal) in Phi­lo­so­phy at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Lon­don in 1844.

He set­tled in Poole, Dorset, as pas­tor of the Con­gre­ga­tion­al church there. In 1861, he moved to Leeds to be­come min­is­ter of the East Pa­rade Cha­pel.

In 1882, he re­ceived a DD de­gree from Ed­inb­urgh Uni­ver­si­ty.
