Biography

Juliette was the wife of Cros­by Ad­ams (mar­ried Sep­tem­ber 18, 1883).

A well known mu­si­cian, com­pos­er, mu­sic teach­er, au­thor, lec­tur­er, and mu­sic cri­tic, she was once called the Pi­ano Ma­tron of North Ca­ro­li­na. She and her hus­band were the first pro­fes­sors of mu­sic at Mon­treat Col­lege.
