Come to Me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Matthew 11:28

O come to the merciful Savior who calls you,
O come to the Lord who forgives and forgets;
Tho’ dark be the fortune on earth that befalls you,
A bright home awaits you whose sun never sets.
O come then to Jesus, whose arms are extended
To fold His dear children in closest embrace;
O come, for your exile will shortly be ended,
And Jesus will show you the light of His face.
Then come to the Savior, whose mercy grows brighter
The longer you look at the depths of His love;
And fear not, ’tis Jesus, and life’s cares grow lighter
While thinking of home and the glory above.
