Lyrics

Blessèd Jesus, smile upon us now,
Gathered here to praise Thy name;
Hear us as before Thy throne we bow,
Keep Thy lambs from sin and shame.

Refrain

Jesus, Savior, come with us abide,
Fill our hearts with love divine;
Keep us closely by Thy precious side,
Let us evermore be Thine.

In this world so dark with clouds of sin
May we shine with heav’nly light;
Precious souls from danger help us win,
To be Thine in glory bright.

Refrain

May we ever kind and gentle be,
Pure in heart and filled with love;
So that those around us all may see
We are like our Lord above.

Refrain

When in kingly robes Thou shalt appear
Coming down the flaming sky,
May we dwell with Thee, O Savior dear,
In that blessèd by and by.
