Lyrics

There’s a call for willing workers
From the King of kings above,
And we answer Him with loving hearts today.
For He freely died that sinners
Might be lifted by His love,
And, rejoicing, go along the shining way.

Refrain

Faithful service where He needs us
Is what we intend to give,
And with voices glad His praises we will sing;
In the brightness of His presence,
For His glory we will live,
Faithful servants in the vineyard of the King.

Sin is everywhere abounding,
And His need of us is great,
For He wants the lost and sad to trust His love.
So for Jesus we will labor,
On our Savior we will wait,
Pointing lost ones to the mercy seat above.

We will show our love for Jesus
Wheresoever we may be,
Till the order comes to lay our burdens down,
For we want to sing His praises
Through the glad eternity,
And receive from Him the everlasting crown.
