Sinner, choose today your Savior,
By whose blood your soul was bought,
Time is fleeting, hope is cheating,
Do not spend your life for naught.

Listen to God’s voice entreating,
Harden not your heart today;
Let not Satan’s arts deceiving,
Tempt you longer to delay.

Without Christ your life is wasted,
All its riches are but dross,
If you still refuse His mercy,
You must suffer endless loss.

Oh, far better you had never
Seen the light of earthly day,
Than to hear the Spirit calling,
While you turn unmoved away.

Choose while others then are waiting,
For the choice that you may make,
And while souls are now debating,
Take the cross for Jesus’ sake.
