Williams’ mu­sic for Safe in His Arms To­day was pub­lished in Law­rence­burg, Ten­nes­see, in 1915.

We spe­cu­late he may be Charles Doak Will­iams (1881–1939), who is bur­ied in Roc­ky Point Ce­me­te­ry, Ham­blen Coun­ty, Tennessee.
