Biography

Charles was the son of Charles G. Wei­ge­le and Ca­ther­ine Beck, and hus­band of Car­rie Hitt.

He at­tend­ed the Cin­cin­na­ti Con­ser­va­tory of Mu­sic, then went on to a ca­reer in preach­ing and song writ­ing.

He spent the last 15 years of his life at the Ten­nes­see Tem­ple Schools in Chat­ta­noo­ga.
