Biography

Joseph was the hus­band of Hes­ter Chinn (mar­ried 1861).

As of Ap­ril 1869, he was pub­lish­er of The Apos­to­lic Times in Lex­ing­ton, Ken­tuc­ky.

His tune Bra­ña­vi­e­ja was pub­lished in Cin­cin­na­ti, Ohio, in 1877.
