Died: May 12, 1914, Clap­ton, east Lon­don.

Biography

Stanfield was the son of paint­er Clark­son Fred­er­ick Stan­field, and friend of au­thor Charles Dick­ens.

He was or­dained a Ca­tho­lic priest in 1860, and worked in the arch­dio­cese of West­min­ster.
