Biography

Lynwood was the son of Rance and Lil­li­an Mae Smith.

He at­tend­ed the Stamps Quar­tet School of Music in Dall­as, Tex­as, in the 1940’s.

He helped found the Gos­pel Lamp­light­ers quar­tet, and served as a Church of Christ ev­an­gel­ist.
