Biography

Shekleton was for ma­ny years an in­va­lid, dur­ing which time she wrote a num­ber of hymns. Se­ver­al ap­peared in Chos­en, Chast­en­ed, Crowned. Me­mo­ri­als of Ma­ry She­kle­ton, Late Sec­re­ta­ry of the In­va­lid’s Pray­er Un­ion, by Her Sis­ter, 1884.
