Biography

Frank was the son of Le­mu­el Shaul and Im­il­da Kra­mer, and hus­band of Grace Eu­la Shaul. Both Frank and Grace were min­is­ters.

Copyright re­cords in­di­cate Frank was liv­ing in Al­ex­an­dria, In­di­ana, in 1912, and Kan­sas Ci­ty, Mis­sou­ri, in 1916.
