Biography

We spe­cu­late this au­thor may be min­is­ter Ed­ward Grif­fin Sel­den (1847–1904), who is bur­ied in Al­ba­ny Rur­al Ce­me­te­ry, Me­nands, New York. George Ol­iv­er, who wrote the mu­sic for The Shep­herds on Fair Beth­le­hem’s Plain, is al­so bur­ied in that ce­me­te­ry.
