Biography

Russell was the hus­band of Sar­ah E. Phil­brook.

He gra­du­at­ed from Tufts Col­lege, Med­ford, Mas­sa­chu­setts, in 1875.

He be­came a Uni­ver­sal­ist min­is­ter, and served a church in Stand­ing Stone, Penn­syl­van­ia.

As of 1905, he was liv­ing in Rock­port, Mas­sa­chu­setts.
