Biography

Elmer was the son of Aar­on Per­son and Han­nah Pot­ter, and husb­and of So­phia Gerst­en­lau­er.

He ed­it­ed the Will­iams­port Grit and the Will­iams­port Sun Ga­zette and Bul­le­tin.
