Biography

Kate was the daugh­ter of Fred­er­ic A. Patch and Ca­ther­ine All­en, and wife of Dr. Frank Wall­ace Patch (mar­ried 1893).

She was edu­cat­ed in pub­lic and pri­vate schools in Wel­les­ley Hills, Mas­sa­chu­setts. Lat­er, she lived in Fram­ing­ham, Mas­sa­chu­setts.

Works

She con­trib­uted sto­ries, es­says and verse to ma­ga­zines, and wrote a num­ber of books. Her pub­lished works in­clude:
