Biography

Ordained in 1870, Ot­tan­der served in Häs­sel­by, Små­land; at St. Olai, Norr­kö­ping; in Ös­ter­vå­la; and as su­per­vis­or for se­ver­al north­ern par­ish­es. While in Små­land, he chaired the East Små­land Mis­sion So­cie­ty, and ed­it­ed its month­ly news­pa­per.
