Biography

Neilson, a Pro­tes­tant Epis­co­pal min­is­ter, was the son of Will­iam H. Neil­son, Sr., and Ell­en Eli­za­beth Ed­wards, and hus­band of Em­ma L. Schultz (mar­ried 1884).
