Biography

Roe was the son of Ri­chard Wash­ing­ton Mor­gan and Eli­za­beth Ade­laide El­der, and hus­band of Murph De­lor­is Car­wile.

He taught sing­ing schools for five decades. Vir­gil Stamps was one of his pupils.

His Sing­ing All the While was pub­lished in Aus­tin, Texas, in 1910.
