Biography

Millard was a min­is­ter. His I Am Will­ing was pub­lished in Hunt­ing­ton, In­di­ana, in 1896.

We spe­cu­late he might be Da­vid Ed­mund Mill­ard (1829–1917), who is bur­ied in Port­land, Mi­chi­gan.
