Biography

McKeever was en­gaged in edu­ca­tion­al work in Phi­la­del­phia for ma­ny years, and was as­so­ci­at­ed with St. An­drew’s Epis­co­pal Church there.

Works

Her hymns, writ­ten in some in­stanc­es for use at St. An­drew’s, were pub­lished as Twi­light Mus­ings, and Oth­er Po­ems (Phi­la­del­phia, Penn­syl­van­ia: 1857). She is said to have writ­ten 40 vol­umes of Sun­day school books ov­er a 13 year pe­ri­od.
