McCullagh en­tered the Wes­ley­an min­is­try in 1845, and be­came pre­si­dent of the con­fer­ence in 1883.

Works

He col­la­bo­rat­ed on ed­it­ing the Stand­ard Ed­i­tion of Wes­ley’s Jour­nal, and wrote:
