Biography

Otis was the son of Tho­mas Lew­is Mc­Coy and Ida Oc­ta­via Den­son, and hus­band of Mel­zie A. Con­ner.

He was in­duct­ed in­to the Sou­thern Gos­pel Mu­sic Hall of Fame in 2003.
