Biography

Malcolm was the hus­band of Sa­rah E. Tru­ax of Al­a­mo, In­di­ana (mar­ried Au­gust 6, 1892). Find­a­grave gives his mid­dle name as Man­as­ses.

He was known as po­et, mu­sic teach­er, and a fine sing­er. He taught in West Vir­ginia, Ohio, In­di­ana, Il­li­nois, Penn­syl­vania, and Mis­sou­ri.

His I Have No Friend Like Je­sus was pub­lished in Lo­gans­port, In­di­ana, in 1892.
