Biography

A Me­tho­dist Epis­co­pal min­is­ter, Loy­all was in the Je­ri­cho Cir­cuit of the Spring­field Dis­trict, South­west Mis­sou­ri Con­fer­ence, in 1888, and the Atch­i­son, Kan­sas, Dis­trict of the West­ern Con­fer­ence in 1903.
