Biography

Euna was the daugh­ter of Steu­ben Lay and Mar­tha Hub­bard Wright.

The pub­lic lib­ra­ry in West­brook, Con­nec­ti­cut, has four jour­nals and five scrap­books of her work that her sis­ter do­nat­ed in 1910.

Works

Said to have been an in­val­id with spi­nal prob­lems, Lay wrote po­et­ry, verse and sto­ries, most of them pub­lished in re­li­gious pa­pers and jour­nals of her time. They al­so ap­peared in the lo­cal pa­pers.
