Biography

Kerr was the hus­band of Ell­en Webb.

He gra­du­at­ed from Un­ion Theo­lo­gic­al Se­mi­na­ry, Rich­mond, Vir­gin­ia, in 1873, and was or­dained by the Pres­by­te­ry of La­fay­ette in 1874.
