Born: Cir­ca 1585, Sach­sen-Co­burg-Go­tha, Thur­ing­en, Ger­ma­ny.

Died: Oc­to­ber 28, 1635, Rem­städt, Ger­ma­ny, of the plague.

Biography

Bartholomäus was the son of Jo­hann Held­er, Su­per­in­ten­dent in Go­tha.

He be­came a teach­er at Frei­mar in 1607, and in 1616, pas­tor of Rem­städt.
