Biography

Manley was the son of Aar­on Os­car Har­well and Fre­don­ia Pa­ra­lee Fields. He mar­ried twice: to Dai­sy C. Da­vis (1911, Shel­by Coun­ty, Ten­nes­see) and Ve­ra Ma­rie Mc­Coy (No­vem­ber 24, 1923, Ches­ter Coun­ty, Ten­nes­see).
