Biography

Harts was a com­pos­er, ar­rang­er, ed­it­or, and church mu­si­cian based pri­ma­ri­ly in and around Boston, Mas­sa­chu­setts. He played a sig­ni­fi­cant role in sac­red mu­sic pub­lish­ing and chor­al ar­rang­ing for church­es and schools du­ring the 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s.
