Biography

Daughter of Gen­e­ral Tho­mas Green­aw­ay, Ma­dras Staff Corps, Ada was taken to Eng­land as a child, and lived at Guild­ford, Sur­rey. She wrote vers­es for Mow­bray & Com­pa­ny’s Christ­mas and East­er cards, and con­tributed 11 hymns to Child­ren’s Sup­ple­ment, by E. Hand­ley, 1897.
