Biography

William was the son of Ed­ward Ed­wards Fla­vill and Jane Eli­za Yel­land, and hus­band of Ma­ry Lou­isa For­rest Sea­ry (mar­ried 1852).

He held ma­ny jobs, in­clud­ing Jus­tice of the Peace, sur­vey­or, con­vey­anc­er, car­pen­ter, real es­tate agent, and ci­vil en­gin­eer.
