Biography

Eleanor was the daugh­ter of no­vel­ist Ben­ja­min Le­o­pold Far­je­on and Mar­ga­ret Jef­fer­son.

She wrote po­ems, no­vels, plays, and child­ren’s books. She re­ceived the Re­gi­na Me­dal in 1959 for her work with child­ren.
