Biography

Sarah was the daugh­ter of El­sie Jane Rob­bins Er­nest, and wife of George Bra­dy Sny­der (married 1902, Al­too­na, Penn­syl­van­ia).

She gra­du­at­ed from the Blooms­burg State Nor­mal School, Blooms­burg, Penn­syl­van­ia, in 1894.

She served as Pre­cep­tress and Pro­fess­or of Eng­lish Lang­uage and Li­ter­a­ture at Al­bright Col­le­gi­ate In­sti­tute (lat­er named Al­bright Col­lege), My­ers­town, Penn­syl­van­ia, 1899–1901.
