Born: June 4, 1937, Birmingham, England.
Cutts earned degrees from Clare College at Cambridge University (BA 1961, MA 1965), and studied theology at Mansfield College, Oxford (BA 1963).
He played the organ at United Reform churches, and taught music at Huddersfield’s College of Technology and Oastler College, and Bretton Hall College in Wakefield.
As of 1993, he was organist and music director at the First United Methodist Church in Watertown, Massachusetts, and was on the faculty of Andover Newton Theological Seminary, Newton Centre, Massachusetts.
