Biography

Coules at­tend­ed Ox­ford Uni­ver­si­ty, and was a fa­vo­rite pu­pil of John Stain­er.

A Fel­low of the Roy­al Col­lege of Or­gan­ists, he played the or­gan at St. Mark’s Church, Wors­ley, Lan­ca­shire, 1872–1925.
