Biography

Cook be­came a Chris­tian at age 14, and spent his life preach­ing, sing­ing, com­pos­ing, and oth­er­wise in­volved in church mu­sic.

At the end of his life, he was liv­ing in Ocean Grove, New Jer­sey.
