Biography

Boulter was the hus­band of Ber­tha Tress­ler (mar­ried May 8, 1913).

He gra­du­at­ed from Brase­nose Col­lege, Ox­ford, in 1895.

He was a school­mas­ter all his life at Mer­cers’ School, Hol­born, Lon­don, teach­ing lang­uag­es.
