Biography

Anton was the son of An­ton Böhme, min­is­ter of Ös­dorf, Pyr­mont, Wal­deck, Ger­ma­ny.

He served as the Ger­man Lu­ther­an roy­al chap­lain at St. James’ Pal­ace in Lon­don.

Publications

He trans­lat­ed a num­ber of works, in­clud­ing Arndt’s True Chris­ti­an­ity in 1712.
