Buried: Flor­ence Ce­me­te­ry, Flor­ence, Ala­ba­ma.

Belue was the son of Tho­mas Frank­lin Be­lue and Ann Eli­za El­gar, and hus­band of Cla­ra Et­tice Mc­Cart­ney.

He was liv­ing in Ro­gers­ville, Ala­ba­ma, in 1913. his tune Chad was pub­lished in Hud­son, North Ca­ro­li­na, in 1922.
