Biography

Henry was the son of Ger­shom Beeg­le and Han­nah Ni­cho­las. He mar­ried twice: to Ma­ry Por­ter Loom­is (1845, Port Jer­vis, New York), and Ell­en Do­na­hay Luk­er (1890, Ocean Grove, New Jer­sey.)

At one time Beeg­le belonged to the Me­tho­dist New Jer­sey Con­fer­ence.

He re­signed from the min­is­try around 1875 to be­come first su­per­in­tend­ent of the Ocean Grove, New Jer­sey, Camp Meet­ing As­so­cia­tion.
