Born: Oc­to­ber 27, 1843, Pro­vi­dence Coun­ty, Rhode Is­land.

Died: Oc­to­ber 7, 1906, Gi­lbert, Io­wa.

Buried: Gil­bert Ce­me­tery, Gi­lbert, Io­wa. There also seems to be a ce­no­taph in his me­mo­ry in Swan Point Ce­me­tery, Pro­vi­dence, Rhode Is­land.

Biography

Charles was the son of Eli­as Da­ken Beede and Ma­ry Ann Mitch­ell. He mar­ried twice, to Ida Em­ma Jenks (1870) and Lil­li­an Bar­ker (1897).
