Biography

Alfred was the son of Ar­nold Chris­tian Baur and Ro­si­na Ka­the­rine Maur­er.

He served as pas­tor of the Elim Ta­ber­na­cle on Broad­way in Ro­ches­ter, New York, from around 1928–72.

Abbey taught mu­sic for sev­er­al years, and was a mu­sic pub­lish­er.
